The hocking river is amazingly scenic for the industrial development that it has seen. between rockbridge and nelsonville (where it travels through wayne national forest and ohio's beautiful hocking hills), the river is primarily surrounded by forest.. Close to hocking hills state park areas. our spacious, romantic hot tub cottages have fireplaces, ac, dish tv with showtime and starz, grills and fire rings. cottages have full kitchens and baths on 76 wooded acres with two clear ponds for fishing or relaxing in the paddle boat.. Lake logan marina/paddle boats we had a blast riding on the black swan paddle boat. me and my 14 yr old daughter peddled while my 5 yr old son and daddy enjoyed the ride..
