I just talk to the venezuelan guy in aruba. there are boats taking passengers from aruba to punto fijo in venezuela. the boat leaves friday from aruba and comes back sunday. cost is $200 round trip. the boat departs out of the yacht dock near the airport (on the south side of the airport).. The one ferry service available travels from aruba to a tourist attraction, de palm island. de palm island is a popular spot just 5 miles from aruba's shores and is the place for pristine snorkeling around aruba. also popular among vacationers are glass-bottom boats, dinner and sunset cruises and fishing and dive adventures..
